One of the things we thought would be fun is to have a cooking section on the website. This is the first cooking tutorial from the Borealis Fermentery. We’ll be focusing on dishes that go well with beer. One of my favorite things to do is to make sausage. My favorite is Bavarian Weisswurst breakfast sausage. In this video, my Pal Pasi lends a Finnish angle on a very Southern German style of sausage. Enjoy!
