Borealis Fermentery will be pouring at one of our favorite new accounts, Mike’s Liquor, in Ely, MN Thursday, September 8, from 5-7:30pm. Come say hello to us in beautiful downtown Ely, gateway to Minnesota’s Boundary Waters.
Borealis Fermentery will be pouring at the 15th annual Winterfest in the Union Depot in St. Paul on Saturday the 27th of February.
This year we’ll be pouring on Saturday night and will have:
Abrikoos– 7.2- A golden ale brewed using apricots and ginger
Mon Cherries Bye Rarrel – 8.3- Our flagship beer made with Chocolate malts from France, MN cherries, and aged in rye barrels
Rood Tart Red– 6.4- A kettle soured red ale made with mid roast and Pilsener malts, then aged in red wine barrels.

3 years ago I sold my first beer on April 20th at Beaner’s Central Inc. I want to thank everyone for 3 great years doing what I love and invite you all out to an early Beer and Food tasting with some new stuff and a special solo performance by Jen West followed by Space Carpet.
